The Committee on Justice recommends that the Parliament adopts in the Second Reading and in its Entirety the Bill (On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning the provision of the Employment Rights of Citizens)

The Bill (Reg.№4396) envisages the amendments to the Laws "On measures aimed at the stable functioning of the enterprises of the Fuel-Energy Complex" and "Court Enforcement Action" concerning the calling moratorium on court enforcement action regarding these enterprises in case of the resolution on charging of salaries and other paying belonging to the workers because of the labour relations.

During the elaboration of the Bill for the second reading 4 motions were directed from the People´s Deputies.

According to the Members of the Committee, adoption of the Bill enables the renewing of the citizens´ rights concerning court enforcement action regarding these enterprises in case of the resolution on charging of salaries and other paying belonging to the workers because of the labour relations.
