Volodymyr Lytvyn: Today´s Initiators of the Increase of the Social Standards have passed this Authority to the Cabinet of Ministers in their Time
On Monday, the 6th of July, during the Conciliation Council it was resolved that on Wednesday the personnel matters would be scrutinized in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. According to V. Lytvyn he suggested that the working group on elaboration of the Bill on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for the year 2009" should meet tomorrow at 9.00 in the Cabinet of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
Moreover he reminded that during the year 2003 and 2006 the amendments to the law on labour fee and budget code were introduced according to which it was actually forbidden that the People´s Deputies introduces the amendments concerning the increase of the minimum living wages and minimum wages and this function was transferred to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
