The Bill (Reg. No.4052) specifies the procedure of rendering anti-tuberculosis aid to the persons under the administrative arrest, detained under the suspicion of a crime or for illegal stay at the territory of Ukraine.   

 

Pursuant to the Bill, the sick with tuberculosis whose detention is qualified as a preventive measure, are entitled to the medical-preventive aid at the medical departments of probationary wards.
