The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill of the Law on System of the State Support of the Goods Export (Works, Services) of Ukrainian Production

It was mentioned during the Meeting of the Committee that the Bill (Reg.№4145) is elaborated aiming at the implementation of the mechanism of the state support if export in high technological branches of economics, formation of infrastructure for the realization of the state policy concerning the guarantees and credits in export, in particular through the implementation of the liability of the state structure.

Moreover, the People´s Deputies stressed that the main aim of he Bill are: implementation of the mechanisms on national stimulating of the national export presupposed by the WTO; provision of the surplus of the trade balance of Ukraine; in crease of the goods competitive ability of Ukrainian goods on world markets etc.

Author of the Bill, S. Osyka declared that the Bill "is called to form analogous to the foreign system of goods crediting for the procurement of domestic goods for the foreign consumers".
