 !The Constitution is the amulet of our statehood. "Ukraine is a sovereign and independent, democratic, social, legal state."

These first nine words of the Constitution of Ukraine are engraved with blood in our national consciousness and put a cross on the Soviet past.

The Constitution is the compass of Ukraine. It captured the only vision of our direction – the irreversibility of the European and Euro-Atlantic course. So every day it paves the way for us and helps us not to stray from the path.

The Constitution is the guardian of the interests of society. The Basic Law stands for the protection of the highest social values ??– life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and security. Moreover, it is the core of our further development and improvement.

Congratulations to you (Ukrainians), creators of the first written Constitution!
