Successful countries have strictly determined concerning the form of the government: either parliamentary or president´s type of government. The first Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Lavrynovych has stated it in the air of the First Business Channel.
"If we look on the world map one would observe that either one or another model of the government, of course not taking into the consideration dictatorial regime or constitutional monarchies, that can also easily be considered as parliamentary republics, then the rest are strictly determined president´s or parliamentary forms if it is successful countries that have such a model for a long time", - O. Lavrynovych declared.
He also reminded of the world traditions when party-winner of the parliamentary elections forms the government and assumes responsibility for it. "In developed countries that have the developed political culture exist political traditions, party-winner, irrespectively of the quantity of the voices it has won, forms the government and are in charged for it", - O. Lavrynovych stressed. He pointed out that "in Ukraine one would think over carefully how to impede the winner".
