Ruslan Stefanchuk: In Ukraine, the level of support for Ukraine's accession to the EU is an unprecedented 91%
We clearly understand that candidate status is not yet membership in the European Union. Still, it is a clear legal impetus to all that Ukraine is on the path to European integration. This was stated by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ruslan Stefanchuk,
in an interview with the French newspaper "Le Figaro. "The Ukrainian people have a right to hope that the principle proclaimed by Alexandre Dumas: 'One for all and all for one' is the principle that truly unites all European nations," said the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament.
At the same time, the Chairman made it clear that Ukraine needs to get a clear and understandable "road map" that must be implemented to gain full membership.
"Ukraine has already demonstrated its speed in completing the questionnaire, and we will move just as honestly and quickly on the road to the EU," said Ruslan Stefanchuk.
