Oleksandr Korniyenko: The Ukrainian parliament has pushed aside political differences and united for victory

On the United News telethon #UAtogether, First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Oleksandr Korniyenko, answered questions about changes in the legislature during the 101st Day of War.

"Since then, [the first day of war], we have been working in session mode. From time to time, we meet, approximately once a week, to pass laws to intensify the activities of our economy in martial law, to regulate many economic and social processes," said the First Deputy Speaker.

According to Oleksandr Korniyenko, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has become "a platform for very serious diplomatic work." Many world leaders spoke online and offline in the Ukrainian Parliament, including the Presidents of Poland, and Slovakia, the Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, and speakers of many European countries.
