The Bill (Reg.№4525) envisages the implementation of the fact that cases in which the defendant is the highest or central body of the executive power, National Bank of Ukraine, Court of Auditors, the Verkhovna Rada of Autonomous Republic of the Crimea or Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, city, Kyiv and Sevastopol Councils of Ministers and state administrations would be scrutinized by the economic court for the location place of the body.
During the meeting the alternative Bill (Reg.№4497) has also been scrutinized.
The People´s Deputies came to the conclusion that the Bill 4525 should be adopted as a basis and during its elaboration for the second reading the separate principles of the Bill 4497 should be taken into the consideration.
