The Bill (Reg. No.4632) envisages state support of production and use of chemical fertilizers in Ukraine in view of the global financial and economic crisis.

 

Thus the Bill envisages benefits for the chemical industry enterprises that use natural gas as a technological feedstock for years 2009-2014 in order to attract capital investments for the modernization and updating of capital assets of the manufacture.

 

The Committee members believe that adoption of the Bill will enhance economic potential of the national chemical industry enterprises.
