The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Alienation of Land Plots in Private Ownership for the Social Needs and on the Grounds of Social Necessity"

The Law defines legal, organizational and financial principles of regulation of social relations that originate by alienation of land plots for social needs and on the grounds of social necessity.  

 

Pursuant to the Law, "forced alienation of land plots and other objects of immovable property located at the corresponding territory on the grounds of social necessity is a transition of property right for a land plot and objects of immovable property in private ownership to the State or the territorial community on the grounds of social necessity in compliance with the court resolution".

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 3682.
