The Law increases the rates of excise duty on beer; the extra budget revenue will be allocated for the funding of certain budget programs: extra expenditures for provision of the sick with pancreatic (insular) diabetes with insulin; twenty-four-hour water supply of Lviv; completion of repair-and-restoration works and formation of museum exhibition of Shevchenko national reserve in Kaniv "House-Museum of T.H.Shevchenko".
The clause, pursuant to which the expenditures for the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate were to be increased by 97 million UAH, was excluded from the Law.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 4503.
