"Long ago this day I declared that the President of Ukraine would put a veto on the Law on the National referendum", - the Firs Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine announced in the program "From the First person" ("ERA Radio), commenting upon the V. Yushchenko´s allusion that he would not sign the suggested law adopted on the 5th of June by the Parliament.
"It is random that am so impertinences convinced", - the politician stressed and explained that "I was absolutely sure because the Law strictly limits the voluntarism pf the State leaders".
O. Lavrynovych expressed hope that the document would come into force with the help of the support of the deputies´ corpus.
