Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has his doubts about the Democratism of the Future President´s Election Campaign.

During the press-conference on Sunday in Berestechko town (Volyn Region), V. Lytvyn emphasized that the Parliament has adopted the decision in the date of the president´s elections and "it should be for certain".

Still, V. Lytvyn expressed the thought that "today there is no guarantees that the president´s elections would be democratic and proper supervised as the chaos id observed".

He once again expressed regret that the participants of the political process in Ukraine have not listened to his suggestions and the "Round Table" proposed by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has not been held yet.

He is convinced that today one should talk about the plan of actions "not paying attention to the personal things". "It should be declared in public who would be responsible for what sphere", - V. Lytvyn emphasized.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada has also declared that the next plenary week "would be held under the mark of the personnel issues scrutinizing". At the same time, V. Lytvyn declared "one can not be certain about the result as the principle "the worse the better" came into action.
