The competition was held on 12-14 June 2009 in the city of Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina). 16 teams participated in the competition, including the representatives of Slovenia, Romania, Italy, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, Croatia and Poland.
Pavlo Kostenko and Andriy Kozhemiakin, People´s Deputies of Ukraine, took part in the competition as the members of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine team.
