The Bill (Reg. No.4563) was drafted to secure State assistance to the agricultural servicing cooperatives and recognize them as non-profit organizations.
Pursuant to the Bill, "a non-profit nature of activity of agricultural servicing cooperatives is an economic basis for the consolidation of individuals who are agricultural producers, enhancement of their efficient activity, provision of the sale of production and its processing".
