Support for domestic producers, incentives for the operation of industrial parks, the creation of quality administrative and electronic services in Ukraine, unloading of ships, military support and timely approval of the draft State Budget. This year was really successful and productive - the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted many important bills for the development of the country and Ukrainians.

The past year has been quite successful for the Parliament of Ukraine. We managed to adopt the laws that the Ukrainian people have been waiting for for more than 20 years. First of all, I would like to mention the law on localization, which hundreds of Ukrainian companies have been waiting for. Finally, Ukraine is fighting for its rights to its own market, personal interests and domestic producers. We will be able to create new jobs and keep our specialists in our home country,Ruslan Stefanchuk said.

According to him, the Parliament managed to support tax incentives for industrial parks. Ruslan Stefanchuk reminded that the Verkhovna Rada had finally adopted the law on administrative procedure. This issue has been on the agenda for 22 years. Its value is that every Ukrainian will have equal rights when interacting with the state, without unnecessary bureaucracy, based on EU standards. This year we also adopted the law on public electronic registers, which will give impetus to the creation of quality administrative and electronic services in Ukraine,he said.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada also drew attention to the fact that for more than 20 years the country has been discussing the need to unload the courts and introduce alternative methods of dispute resolution. And finally the law on mediation has been adopted. This is an extremely important document that will allow you to resolve disputes without going to court. It introduces and regulates the status of a mediator, through which the parties can resolve a conflict or dispute through negotiations,Ruslan Stefanchuk stressed.

According to the Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine, de-oligarchization has become an important step. The mechanism proposed by the relevant bill changed the realities of Ukrainian politics. I am absolutely convinced that big business should be in Ukraine. But he must do business, pay taxes honestly, create jobs, not shape Ukraine's political future,he said.

Also, given the number of coronavirus patients in Ukraine, Parliament has made important decisions related to the fight against the pandemic.

“To cover the critical needs of support facilities for independent oxygen sources, we have increased spending on the purchase, design and installation of oxygen stations. In addition, we have settled the issue of social protection of medical workers affected by COVID-19,” said the Speaker of the Parliament.

Ruslan Stefanchuk called it a great honor and pride to pass the law on the military chaplaincy service by the current convocation of the Parliament. The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also reminded that the Parliament had given the opportunity to the soldiers who defended the integrity of Ukraine to obtain citizenship under a simplified procedure by adopting the relevant law.

He also reminded that the State Budget for 2022 was approved in a timely manner and according to a full procedure, not under the Christmas tree. Clear priorities have been identified: teachers, the military, doctors, decentralization, digitalisation, de-oligarchization and national development.

So Ukraine is ready to move into the new financial year. This is not all victories, there is still a lot of work ahead. And we are ready for it,the Speaker of the Parliament of Ukraine emphasized.
