During the meeting of the Committee it was declared that the Bill (Reg.№3041) is elaborated in order to bring the effective laws in correspondence with the Law "On Circulation of Bills in Ukraine". The bill also envisages the implementation of the liability for the violation of the bills issuance".
According to the document, "violation of the bills issuance entails penalty implementation on the natural person-bill issuer or official person of juridical person-bill issuer at the rate from four hundred to five hundred tax-free allowances of the citizen income".
The bill envisages also the implementation that during the calculation with the state budget it is forbidden to use the bills except taxation bills and simple bills allotted in correspondence with the system of laws.
