"For many Ukrainians, this is not just an ordinary profession, it is the meaning of life. Thank you to everyone who works on Ukrainian soil for your work! I wish generous harvests so that your fields are always protected and abundant. And we will continue to support agriculture, take care of farmers and create conditions for your farms to grow," said Oleksandr Kornienko.
He also recalled that over the past two years, the Parliament has adopted a number of important laws for agriculture.
This is a revolutionary opening of the land market, which will allow the Ukrainian agricultural sector to become even more prosperous and liquid worldwide.
This is a land decentralization that has restored communities the right to freely dispose of their lands.
The Verkhovna Rada also recently adopted the Law on the reimbursement of interest on loans to farmers. After its signing by the President, this system will fully work, the First Vice Speaker of the Parliament added.
"We will work on land reclamation, improvement of infrastructure, in particular water transportation of goods, which will make transportation cheaper for farmers. We will work to make Ukrainian mineral fertilizers cheaper and more affordable for our farmers,"said Oleksandr Kornienko.
