The Bill (Reg. No.3231) introduces amendments to Clause 209 of the effective Code, pursuant to which "the local councils shall use the funds obtained as the compensation for the losses of agricultural and forestry production not only for the development of land for agricultural and forestry needs, enhancement of relevant lands, protection of land pursuant to the drafted programs and projects of land management, but also for the land inventory and payment for the land development projects".
The People´s Deputies believe that the amendments will bear positive influence on the reforming of land relations in Ukraine and socio-economic development of its regions.
The parliament members suppose that adoption of the Bill will facilitate land inventory and land management in Ukraine.
