Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems Issue on Introduction of the Amendments to the State Budget of Ukraine until the End of the Session "Vitally Important and at the Same Time Extremely Complicated".
Giving answers to the questions of the journalists during the press-conference on Tuesday in Kharkiv city, V. Lytvyn declared that "on this fact insist the President, the politicians and the opposition". He indicated that "on next Monday the issue would gain actuality as a result to the break of the agreements between YTB and Party of Regions".
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informed that during the meeting of the Conciliation Council the issue on adoption of a new version of the Budget Code would be introduced for the discussion. If it is supported, it would be recommended that the People´s Deputies hear the Report on the Accomplishment of the State Budget 2008 and on Budget in the first quarter of the current year on the 25th of July.
"As a result of this issue scrutiny on should be determined concerning the further actions, what possibilities are with the extra reserves, hoe the income part can be increased, - V. Lytvyn declared. Consequently, we have the basis for the budget policy for the next year. It is obvious that until the 15 of September the Government should introduce the Draft of the Budget for the year 2010, not pre-election one but the one country development improves".
