The Bill (Reg. No.4406) defines grounds for and procedure of rendering of free legal assistance, authorities of the executive bodies in the said sector, the procedure of foiling appeals against the resolutions, actions or passivity of the public authority bodies, local self-government bodies, their officials concerning rendering of free legal assistance.
