The bill (Reg.№3664) envisages the improvement of the state system of the state secret protection. In particular, concerning the activity of the state experts on secret matters; order of the official disclosure normative-legal acts that comprises the state secret; way of the allotment, reorganization and rejection of the citizens´ access to the state secret.
