The Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada signed the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Industrial Parks’ aimed at attracting investment in the industrial sector of the economy by introducing incentives in industrial parks”

Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov signed the Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Industrial Parks’ aimed at attracting investment in the industrial sector of the economy by introducing incentives in industrial parks” (No. 4416-1).

According to the Law, the functioning of industrial parks is aimed at:
- attracting investment and economic development of Ukraine;
- equalization of economic development of regions and improvement of quality of life of the population of Ukraine;
- introduction of innovative and energy-saving technologies;
- creation of new jobs;
- sustainable development and environmental protection.
The Law establishes that public administration in the field of creation and operation of industrial parks on the territory of Ukraine is carried out within the powers defined by this Law and other acts of legislation of Ukraine.
The Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine ‘On Industrial Parks’ aimed at attracting investment in the industrial sector of the economy by introducing incentives in industrial parks” (No. 4416-1) submitted for signature to the President of Ukraine.
