The Law introduces amendments to the effective Law that restore social protection of rights of the citizens who were dismissed by mutual consent, recognize them as such that lost the job due to the independent circumstances, and secure payment of unemployment aid starting with the eighth day since the registration of the insured person at the employment service.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.4567.
