The Bill (Reg. No.4510) regulates distribution of programs with interactive competitions (games, quizzes), the conditions of which envisage paid acquisition of the status of a member.

According to the Committee members, "the Bill prohibits broadcasting of the programs with interactive competitions (games, quizzes), the conditions of which envisage paid acquisition of the status of a member, unless they are broadcast at the channels with restricted access".

The Committee believes that adoption of the Bill will eliminate legislative gaps that inflict financial losses to the television audience.
