The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Supplements to Clause 1 of the Law "On Patents for certain Types of Entrepreneurship" (re Scope of the Law)

The Law does not extend the requirements of this Law onto the commercial activity of municipal pharmacies (pursuant to the effective regulation, the law does not extend only onto the public pharmacies). The Law comes into force since the day of its publication.  

 

A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.4569.
