The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has repeatedly adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of People from Negative Impact of Ionized Radiation"

The Law determines the authorities
of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the provision of the protection of
the people from the negative impact of the ionized radiation; In particular:
basis of the state policy in the sphere; legal basis for the regulation of the relations
in the sphere of people protection from the impact of ionized radiation;
adoption of the basic doze rate of the individual radiation of the population
etc.
The corresponding Bill is registered under № 1347.
