The Bill (Reg.№3102) envisages the amendments to the Law "On Citizenship of Ukraine", Criminal Code of Ukraine, Codes of Criminal Procedure through the implementation of the duty of a citizen to inform on the acquirement (or possession) of the citizenship (nationality) of a foreign country within the 30 days term from the acquiring of the citizenship or the law entering the force. For the concealment of the fact of possession of citizenship of another country or acquirement of such citizenship within the 30days term the criminal liability is implemented through the deprivation of freedom on the term up to five years or the penalty at the rate of 10 000 of tax-free allowance of citizen.
