The Bill (Reg. No.4340) improves the mechanism of application of special sanctions in compliance with Article 37 of the Law "On Foreign Economic Activity", which will eliminate double punishment of the foreign economic entities for one and the same infringement and will reduce restrictions by foreign trading operations.
