The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine" (re Enhancement of Criminal Responsibility for Violation of the State Symbols of Ukraine)

The
Law supplements Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the sanction
that enhances criminal responsibility for the violation of the State Symbols of
Ukraine (the National Flag of Ukraine, the National Emblem of Ukraine or the
National Anthem of Ukraine).
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 1049.
