The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning Preservation of Fertility of Soil"

The Bill (Reg. No.2626) aims at
enhancement of legislative regulation of relations appertaining to the
efficient and sustainable use of lands designated for agricultural production.
Thus, it introduces amendments to the Land Code of Ukraine that specify requirements concerning elaboration and observance of land-use drafts providing environmental substantiation of crop alternation, maintenance of land, etc.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No.2626.
