The Bill (Reg. No.3577) presents a new version of Article 228 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, envisaging responsibility for "anti-competitive coordinated actions".  

 

Pursuant to the Bill, "anti-competitive coordinated actions appertaining to the establishment of prices (tariffs) for sale or purchase of goods (works, services) or delineation of market, or restriction of production of goods (execution of works, rendering of services) or realization and purchase of goods (works, services) are punished by a penalty in the amount of 1-5 thousand of non-taxable income or imprisonment for the period of up to five years, or imprisonment for the period up to six years with the prohibition to hold certain offices or engage in certain activity for three years".
