The Bill (Reg.№4059) boarders considerably the rights of the territorial bodies of the specially authorized body of the executive power in the sphere of protection of consumers rights through authority to conduct unplanned check and react immediately on the violations of the consumers rights.
The Bill envisaged the implementation of the liability for the damage to life, health or property of the consumer on the territory of the trade center of office building through the violation of sanitarian norms or inaction of the shop assistant.
The Members of the Committee declared that the Bill does not contradict with the principles of the legal acts of European Union.
