Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stresses on the Necessity of the Effective Laws, regulating relations in the Agricultural Sphere, Abidance
V. Lytvyn declared it during the working visit to Zaporizhia Region. During the conversation with the inhabitances of Novomykolaivka village of town type, he declared that today one should not adopt laws "for some particular moment, besides understanding that these laws would not be complied". V. Lytvyn reminded that there is law in the state on social development of the villages that envisages the allotment for the mentioned needs one percent from GDP. "If at least 0,5 percent of GDP would have come for the needs of the village, we could possibly reach a lot", - he emphasized.
Giving comments the results of the governmental meeting with the participation of the village chairmen, V. Lytvyn expressed for the attraction of the {resident and representatives of the parliament into it. "There is storming contest between branches of power. It should be stopped and such councils should be held with the participation of the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine", - he emphasized.
