Representatives of central and local authorities should work together to create conditions for attracting investments to Ukraine. This was stated by Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Dmytro Razumkov during his speech at the Forum "Ternopil Region: Cluster of Opportunities".
The Speaker of the Parliament noted that in Ukraine a significant part of the powers and responsibilities for the development of oblasts have been transferred to local authorities. At the same time, the Verkhovna Rada is always ready for joint and high-quality work. "That is why everyone in their place must work well to ensure the development of the regions, in particular, Ternopil region. We will do what is depend on the Verkhovna Rada," he said.
Dmytro Razumkov also noted that the reform of decentralization in Ukraine continues.
"It is also important for our state to ensure the legal framework so that the regions have additional opportunities to attract investment, create new jobs and develop industrial capacity. Ukraine has always been famous for its industry, and today we have the opportunity to attract the latest technologies," he said.
In addition, the Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament reminded that the Verkhovna Rada adopted in the first reading the draft law on industrial parks (No. 4416-1), which aims to improve business opportunities in the regions, including Ternopil region.
