Volodymyr Lytvyn, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, calls for bottom-up democratic formation of party structures.
At the Saturday´s press conference in Luhansk, V.Lytvyn stated that he supported formation of any political structures and parties "in a natural bottom-up way, when there exist a social need, certain pursuits of people to be accumulated and implemented".
According to the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the political structures "formed in the top-down way" can work efficiently only if administrative resource is available.
V.Lytvyn stated that he visited Ukrainian regions, "not separating the office of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from the political leadership". "In such a complicated period in the country´s life, one should not hide from the peoples, - he stressed. One can read references, materials and documents, but everything is quite different, if one listens people talking. It is of great importance to know people´s moods and opinions, as it makes possible to see an actual situation".
