The Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill of the Law on Amendments to certain Legal Acts of Ukraine (re the Organization of the Licensing System for the Improvement of the Investment Climate)

During the Meeting of the Committee it was mentioned that the bill (Reg.№4277) envisages the amendments to certain legal acts of Ukraine aiming at "simplification of the corresponding licensing procedures in order to remove the obstacles in the entrepreneurship activity".

The amendments to the Law "On Economic Enterprises" are aimed at the simplification of the liquidation order of the firm through the increase of the limit rate of the annual economic circulation with 250tax-free allowances (4,25 thousand UAH) to 25 thousand tax-free allowance (425 thousand UAH ).

The Bill as well envisages the amendments to the Law "On Licensing System in the Sphere of Economic Activity" according to which the implementation of the unified forms is presupposed.

The members of the committee stressed that the amendments to the Law "On Chemical Sources of Current" guarantee the safe exploration and render the harmful influence to the environment impossible.

The amendments are also envisaged to the Laws "On Fire Safety", "On Labour Protection".
