The Committee on Construction, Urban Development, Housing and Communal Services and Regional Policy recommends that The Verkhovna Rada adopts the Bill on Amendments to the Law "On the State Program of the Reforming and Development of the Housing and Communal Services for 2004-2010" at the Second Reading and in its Entirety

The Committee members scrutinized the Bill approved on the basis of the Bills adopted as a basis by The Verkhovna Rada on 4 February 2009:

 

on Amendments to the Law "On the State Program of the Reforming and Development of the Housing and Communal Services for 2004-2010" (Reg. No.2399);

 

on the National Program on the Reforming and Development of the Housing and Communal Services for 2004-2010 (Reg. No.3063).

 

The working group scrutinized 42 amendments suggested by the People´s Deputies, 37 of which were taken into account.

 

The Bill envisages actions to be taken to introduce tax privileges for the housing and communal services.

 

The Committee members stated that "realization of the Program will enhance efficiency and stability of housing and communal services, provide technical re-equipment of its objects, improve the quality of services".
