The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has adopted the Law "On Amendments to the Articles 21 and 33 of the Law of Ukraine "On Labour Protection" (re the Licenses Issuance on the Start of Works on Exploitation of the Equipment of High Danger)

The Law envisages that "employer should receive the license for the commitment of the works of high danger and exploitation of the machines, mechanisms, equipment of the high danger". The central body of executive power on supervision for the protection of the labour and its territorial bodies issue the licenses after the results of the expertise conducted by the expert-technical centers, research institute, scientific laboratories etc.

According to the Law, Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine determines the register of the machines, mechanisms, equipment of the high danger, the register of works of high danger, expertise cost rates
