Mykola Tomenko: The State should provide the School Children with Schoolbooks in Time
Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine is convinced that the state would be able to the school children with schoolbooks in time. He announced the statement concerning the critical situation with the provision of the pupils of the 9rh form with the schoolbooks.
According to M. Tomenko, the State Budget of Ukraine assigned 146,4 mln. UAH. On the present moment the textbooks for the 9th form are ready for the publishing. Still, for the accomplishment of the task the corresponding coordination with the Ministry on Economics is needed and it is still not presented.
M. Tomenko stated "that it is a real dangerous situation, the pupils of the 9th forms may be left in the next academic year without the textbooks", - he emphasized.
M. Tomenko announced that he has directed that appellation to the Prime-Minister of Ukraine concerning this issue.
