The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deems necessary to shift all the talks concerning responsibility for the fortune of the country into a pragmatic scope, and calls on all the political forces to understand their common responsibility.
"Economic crisis being not overcome, one can not declare that Ukraine has more or less distinct economic image", - stated V.Lytvyn, speaking with the journalists on Tuesday.
He stressed that he did not appeal for the distribution of powers and introduction of amendments to the Constitution. According to V.Lytvyn, "recognition of common responsibility is of utmost necessity".
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also added: "if an exhausting political struggle is continued, aggravated and conducted without any limits and rules, the winner will find himself in the ruins". Therefore, he stressed that "today, all the talks concerning responsibility for the fortune of the country should be shifted into a pragmatic scope, and then the mechanisms to secure implementation of the common stand should be determined".
According to V.Lytvyn, it concerns all the political forces represented at the Parliament. "I mean both "Our Ukraine", and the Party of Regions, the BYuT and all the Factions represented at the Parliament", - he stated.
"At present, destruction of the country is predicted. Therefore, to prevent such predictions and talks, we should demonstrate due responsibility", - stressed V.Lytvyn.
