The Bill (Reg.№3143) envisages the improvement of the conditions and he order of the regulation of finance-property relations of grantor, estate manager and developer during the discharge on the participation in Fund of Building Financing.

The Members of the Committee during the discussion mentioned that practically all of the propositions of the suggested Bill are taken into account in the Law "On Amendments to certain Legal Acts of Ukraine re the Improvement of the Finance Mechanisms concerning the Investment in Building of Housing", № 692-VI from the 18th of December 2008.
