The Law enhances the safety of international carriage of dangerous goods by inland waterways, promotes protection of the environment and development of international trade, alleviates transport operations, etc.
Accession to the Agreement will secure implementation of Ukraine´s commitments due to international agreements effective in the field of carriage of dangerous goods.
A relevant Bill was registered under Reg. No. 0125.
