The Bill (Reg.№4223) envisages the Amendments to Laws "On the Protection of the Animals from the Abusive Treatment" and "On Licensing of the certain Types of Economic Activity" that regulate the issues of the licensing of the economic activity connected with the use and keeping the domestic animals hence according to the Law "under the licensing fall namely: breeding of the domestic animals; training of dogs; training of the specialist in the enumerated above spheres".
