The register of the circumstance that compound the punishment is added by two more: "commitment of the crime by the person in connection with the official duty accomplishment" and "commitment of the crime with the mercenary motives", and the rate of the bribe is added with "extremely large" in 4 times more then the exemption limit of the citizen income.
The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine under №3428.
