The Verkhovna Rada has adopted as a Basis the bill of the Law on Amendments to the Law "On Insurance" (re the Agricultural Risks)

The bill (Reg.№3275) envisages the edition of all the kinds of voluntary insurance (article 6 Law "On Insurance") with the insurance of the agricultural risks, excluding this type from the list (article 7 pf the Law "On Insurance").
