The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has repeatedly adopted the Law "On Amendments tot certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine concerning the Debt Extinction before the Pension Fund of Ukraine and Strengthening of the Liability for the Violation of the Law in the Sphere of the Compulsory State Pension Insurance"

The Law in
particular envisages the penalty at the rate of 10 % of the sum paid not in
time for the nonpayment or payment not in time of the insurance charges.
