To implement reforms, it is important for the state to feel the support of business, and it is important for business to work with the support of the state. This was stated by Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Dmytro Razumkov during the meeting with representatives of regional business associations of Khmelnytskyi region and large business associations.
"Given the decentralization reform, we will be able to achieve high results in our joint work. But in order to carry out reforms, we will need business support. And it will be difficult for business to work without the support of the authorities," Dmytro Razumkov said. He added that cooperation is important with both local authorities and the Verkhovna Rada, which passes laws aimed at supporting business.
According to the Speaker of the Parliament, one of them is
the draft law "On state support of investment projects with significant
investments". "Laws on so-called investment nannies, which help
attract investment not only from foreign but also from Ukrainian
investors," said Dmytro Razumkov.
In addition, he singled out a number of initiatives aimed at supporting entrepreneurship, including tax amnesty and amendments to the Law "On Industrial Parks". "Next week in the first reading it is planned to consider the bill No. 4416-1. Issues of this nature concern not only the Khmelnytskyi region, but every region where I have been. After all, these are opportunities for development and investment attraction," the Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada said.
According to Dmytro Razumkov, representatives of all parliamentary factions and groups of the Parliament united to solve important issues for entrepreneurship. "There are bills that helped small, medium and large businesses at the beginning of the coronavirus crisis. Now we are trying to build cooperation with both local authorities and business representatives, because honest business is taxes to the state and opportunities for the government to move forward," he said.
