The Committee on National safety and Defence recommends that the Verkhovna Rada adopts as a Basis the Bill of the Law of Ukraine "On Military Duty and Military Service"

The Bill (Reg.№4071) suggested by the Cabinet of Ministers envisages the specification of the register of the training subdivisions of the highest educational estates; determine the order of the military servants direction for the military service to other military formations and vice versa. The amendments also envisage the improvement of the contract concluding for the military service on the post of officers by the cadets after the graduating from the higher military educational estates.

The list of people who struck off the military register of subjects to military service is also specified.

The members of the committee upheld the Bill as "the adoption of it facilitates the decrease in expenses for the military servants training". It would also help the country to compensate the loss during the first agreement break by the military servants.
